The Home Equity Prime Line is an open line of credit that uses checks to make credit advances.
The interest rate on this loan is set to the Wall Street Journal prime rate; floor rate 5.00% APR.
You can borrow up to 100% of the equity in your home.
There are no fees for writing a check and no monthly fees to keep the account open.
Convenient 20 year term available.
Members start out with 50 checks to draw from this line of credit and additional checks are free upon request.

Fixed Rate Home Equity Loans
The credit union also offers fixed rate home equity loans. Members can borrow up to 80% of the value in their homes, less existing liens. We offer up to a 20 year term with a 5 year balloon
