View your Grand Valley Co-Op Credit Union VISA card statement on-line using EZ Card Info. Check your balance, make your payment, view previous months' account activity.

Reporting Fraudulent Activity - if you would like to dispute a charge made to your GVCCU VISA credit card, please do so immediately.  To dispute by telephone, call 800-600-5249 or by fax at 727-570-8810 or write to Customer Service, Grand Valley Co-Op CU, P.O. Box 30495, Tampa, FL  33630-3495.

• Conduct Transactions by Signature or by PIN number

In order to get a VISA Check Card, you must have a Share Draft Account. To request your VISA Check Card and PIN, call or stop by any branch office.

ATM Card

Grand Valley Co-Op Credit Union offers the availability of an ATM card to all of our members. Our card is linked to both the NYCE and Co-Op networks. Out of state networks are available upon request. Withdrawal fees may apply.

Some cards may be restricted by the credit union depending on the member's credit history.

Travel Money Cards

Looking for an alternative to carrying travelers checks? We now carry VISA Travel cards! They can be used for all types of travel costs from booking hotel and car reservations to traveling abroad! Cards can be loaded from $100 to $5,000. Give us a call for more information.

If you have lost your Visa TravelMoney card, please contact 877-850-9650 immediately or write to Card Security Department, P.O. Box 1481, Madison, WI 53701. There is a $5.00 fee for a new card.
