We have blocked VISA CHECK (DEBIT) CARD transactions the following foreign countries: Ukraine, Romania, Siberia, and Moldova. We offer VISA Travel Card AND a VISA Gift Card that has proven to be much safer when traveling internationally. If you have any questions regarding this announcement, please contact any branch representative.
